Each time that a client or Success Manager submits a revision, one day will automatically be added to the request's due date. This extra day is necessary for our team to work through the revision. This enhancement ensures that the due date of the request is always accurate.
The requests on the All Requests and Project Board pages are sorted by the status of each request by default. They should be listed in the following order: Open, More Info Required, In Progress, and Done.
Previously, users were not able to ask for revisions for design requests whose due date has passed. This has been addressed so that all users are able to ask for revisions for past due requests.
The in-app notifications Designers and Specialists received after a Success Manager assigned them a request was displaying the name of multiple Success Managers. Now, it only displays the name of the Success Manager assigned to the client.
