• Some clients and internal team members may have experienced issues with the due dates. The issue would be that the client may have seen a different due date than one of our internal team members. This was due to conversion based on each person's local timezone. This has now been addressed so clients and team members will always see the same due date.

  • Previously, when you created a new request on mobile more than once, the form to create a new request wouldn't disappear. This has been fixed.

  • Previously, clients and internal users were able to select due dates for requests that fall on the weekends even though the byDesign team isn't available on weekends. This issue has been addressed and weekends are no longer an option.
