  • Fixed an issue where assignees were not receiving Slack notifications for assignment.

November 22, 2022

  • Fixed an issue where feedback when marking complete was required — it is no longer required.
  • Admin panel now has ability to send email to all active clients’ users.

November 16, 2022

  • Say hello to the new request record. Watch our video on changes next time you’re in Workspace.
  • Fixed an issue where if you were adding a new Access, it didn’t associate it to any client and thus didn’t show up.
  • When an “Other” type of Access is added, it will now show the name of the platform instead of just Other.
  • Fixed an issue where the file uploader in the Request Record expanded when a file was uploaded inside of it.
  • Made Product Feedback button more prominent for external users.
  • Additional rebrand updates (things will slowly roll out as we find more things to rebrand like colors, fonts, etc.).

  • Fixed an issue when navigating to Team Settings or Main Settings and it redirecting back to the dashboard.

November 3, 2022

  • Fixed a bug with reminders about no requests being sent to clients (both active and inactive) and the messages being blank.
  • Deleted all blank messages to free up clogged feeds.
  • When there was only one link present in new request creation (and it wasn’t manually added), the link wasn’t being added to the request. This has been fixed.
  • Implemented the new knowledge base / help articles into Workspace so can be accessed anytime by anyone.
  • Fixed the All Requests view so that if something was unassigned, it didn’t show a profile picture.
  • Additional rebrand updates (things will slowly roll out as we find more things to rebrand like colors, fonts, etc.).

October 26, 2022

  • Fixed font styling within multiline and search inputs.
  • Changed search function under All Requests in client profile module to search requests within any field, not just title of request.
  • On Specialists and Designers’ dashboards, Waiting for Review tab is now Complete, which includes all Completed, Ready for Review, and Ready for Approval requests. More generalized and allows them to quickly find a recently completed request.
  • Set up workflow to remove empty URL parameters every five seconds. Still exploring more eloquent options to resolve empty parameters while still allowing users to click out of pop-ups by clicking outside the pop area. This will serve as a temporary workaround.
  • Additional rebrand updates (things will slowly roll out as we find more things to rebrand like colors, fonts, etc.).
  • Easter Egg: We’re prepping for a new request record! Coming soon to a Workspace near you.

October 25, 2022

  • Automate the pop-ups for cancelled subscriptions. Will no longer look at status set in Client database, but will look at real-time API call data to make determination.
  • Fixed a bug where clicking Plan Settings defaulted the state back to blank and didn’t allow a user to proceed.
  • Fixed issue where you were able to open Create Request again if not properly closed out.

October 24, 2022

  • Internal request creation no longer contains inactive users in the Assignee dropdown.
  • Success Managers can now move a request into In-Progress or into Complete.
  • Designers and Specialists no longer have access to Messages within Workspace.
  • A bug previously prevented Client Managers from deleting team members. This has now been fixed.
  • There’s now a new subscription status call-out on client’s dashboards when their subscription is paused or non-renewing so they’re aware of the ongoing or upcoming change.

October 21, 2022

  • Clients can now update their subscription (downgrade or upgrade), pause their subscription, and cancel their subscription all on their own within Workspace.
  • When a user with an email domain that already exists in Workspace tries to sign-up on /start, it blocks them, alerts them, and sends an email to the Client Manager to one-click invite them to the team. This avoids account duplication errors.
  • Clients can now update their payment method within Plan Settings.
  • Clients can now view a plan breakdown. Seeing how their monthly cost is broken down across the base subscription, any add-ons and extra slots.
  • Soft-launching Motion Graphics Add-On. Can now be purchased via Plan Settings.
  • Settings can now be accessed via “inner” parameters, a new feature that will slowly roll out to replace states in various different places.
    • For example, can visit ?view=settings&inner=plan to get directly to Plan Settings.
  • Additional rebrand updates (things will slowly roll out as we find more things to rebrand like colors, fonts, etc.).
